Faq Extra What do you provide in the Extra service? Fast2Date can be used for free, we don't limit its use. We already developped advanced amazing features with regard to competitors but we are convinced that some members want more. As such, we provide optional features for which members have to pay Have Be listed on top of search Donate You can get the VIP membership that offers you additional freedom and services. You can also decide to purchase a single Extra service if you don't want the whole package. We will develop additional features that will come in the Extra services soon.Top Do i have to pay for the Extra services?Yes but the fee to get those extra features is cheap, we don't want you invest lot of money to have fun. We use that money to continue the development and come with innovative features. We have a development plan that goes beyond 3 years, development is expensive, that's why we need to be paid for new features. Top Are there limits in the use of the site if i don't purchase the Extra services?No. Fast2Date has been developped to be absolutely free of use. We don't limit its use if you don't pay for the Extra services. Those Extra services are just additional options you can pay for.Top I am not VIP, may i use the mobile?Yes, there is no reason to prevent the use of the mobile if you are not VIP.Top What is the Gold membership?Gold members are just like VIP members except that they have collected enough credits to receive the Gold membership. Credits can be purchased or can be earned for any action they do on the site. The major differences between Gold and VIP is that Gold members don't receive 2Gb web space, they are always listed after the VIP members in the search results and VIP members have additional discounts on the fee of the Extra services.Top What is the Silver membership?Silver members are members who use the site for free. They can use all the features, including the mobile but they don't have access to the MyDrive feature. They can collect credits to become Gold members. Credits can be purchased or can be earned for any action they do on the site. The major differences between Silver and Gold is that Silver members don't receive 2Gb web space and they are always listed after the Gold members in the search results.Top How can i become Gold member?You have nothing to do. Everytime you come on Fast2Date, for whatever you do on the site you collect credits. With some actions you will earn more credits, like visiting our sponsors sites, by clicking on the advertisement banners, don't hesitate, it doesn't cost anything, at contrary, you will earn lots of credits. Those credits can be converted to receive the Gold membership. If you want you can also purchase credits. Usually, when you register on a new site, very few people know about you. This feature is intended as telling other people that you exist and interest them in contacting you. There are two ways to promote your profile and/or blog? Collecting credits is very easy. For any action you carry on the site, you receive a given number of credits. The credit card payment is simple and easy. You will be redirected to the secured payment processor's site where all the informations regarding your credit card will be asked. Note that Fast2Date doesn't save any information about you and / or your credit card. If you don't want to pay by credit card, we propose you to send an sms to a defined number. The cost of the sms will be the cost of the service you want to pay. All what you have to do is to follow the instructions displayed on the screen. Don't forget to give your e-mail address, it is required for your payment confirmation. Top Faq Mobile Why do you ask for a mobile number? We have implement many features that are accessible from your mobile. For example, you can receive the alerts you want on your mobile, you can chat with your friends, send messages, make a search etc. It's a way to stay always connected with your friends, even when you are not in front of your computer. Are you in the bus or in the train? Are you lost in the traffic? No worry, you can still reach your friends.Top Am i forced to give my mobile number to become member of the site?No, you decide whether you want or not to use your mobile. Nothing. You will receive the message in your inbox on the site.Top How works the sms chat? In the same way the private messages work but with specific keywords and at a better mobile rate.Top Which features are available with the mobile? There are two distinct costs in the sms cost: We are not responsible for the first cost. For our own cost, we try to keep it as low as possible, most of the total cost you pay is due to the cost set by your local mobile operator. We try to negociate the lowest fees possible. The cost varys from country to country. Sometimes the same operator provides several fees, you are free to choose the cheapest.Top Why there are several short-codes and several fees? In some countries there are more than a local telco operator, each one has sometimes several short-code. The costs are not necessarily the same for each operator. You can try to use the cheapest one, if it doesn't work you will have to use the short-code associated with your telco operator. You can select the cheapest fee.Top Are you going to send me promotional offers on my mobile?Never. We don't have such feature, this means that you will never receive any sms from us, except the ones you decided to receive (alerts, private messages, sms chat, etc).Top Are you going to send spam or unsollicited messages on my mobile?Never. We don't want you to hate us. We just want you enjoy being part of the communities. As such, you will never receive any sms from us, except the ones you decided to receive (alerts, private messages, sms chat, etc).Top Will other members send spam on my mobile?We hope that people are mature enough in order to prevent from using such techniques. Though we may not read all the messages that are exchanged between members. Members who send the sms pay for that, as such we hope that they will not send unsollicited sms. In any case, should you receive proposals, promotions or any sms different from a normal message you can always contact us and explain what kind of message your receive and from who, even if those sms are supposed to be sent in the name of Fast2Date. We keep all the exchanges messages for a given period of time with all the required informations to indentify authors and go on with legal prosecutions in the case the content of the messages is against the legal use of the site. We repeat, we don't send any promotion, proposal or anything by sms. Normal messages are sms sent by other members who just want to talk with you or the alerts.Top < Will i receive unsollicited messages from your partners on my mobile?Never.
